Ahmed Gure is an international development practitioner and peacebuilder, who has previously worked with the UN, USAID and FCDO programs. He currently works for Interpeace as Program Advisor under Somali Program based in Mogadishu. He did his bachelor’s in Business Administration, MSc in Maritime Security, Safety and Environmental Studies and Diploma in Research in Political Science from different institutions in Somalia USA, Poland and Turkey.
He is passionate about promoting peace, mitigate the conflict and heard from both parties. He encourages to have dialogues and resolve their differences peacefully, without violence. Swimming, football, travelling, and photography are some of his main hobbies.
